How much growth can you handle?
"Everyone has a purpose in life and a unique talent to give to others. And when we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exultation of own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals."
~ Kallam Anji Reddy
Where have you gotten out of balance?
Too much work? Too much doing? Maybe not enough self-care? Letting personal projects slide in favour of "duty"? Just too damn much, period?
If you’re a woman do you push through during your cycle or do use this time to tap into your heightened intuition and sensitivity – your superpower?
Do you know what self-nurturing looks like for you?
This is a fundamental expression of self-love. And without that, you're short-changing anyone else you purport to love. We cannot be in service to others unless we keep our own energetic cup full. Most of us learn the hard way. We push through, burn out and repeat the cycle. The problem with this is that we never experience our full potential when we are permanently in the act of doing followed by recovery. We just come back to neutral when we could be evolving.
One of the journeys we take during Embrace Your True Essence is deep self-honouring – learning to love the women we have become, with all of our wounds and all of our imperfections. It is often a shock for some women who realise they have never truly honoured themselves with acts of deep self-love. Even now, after going on this journey so many times, I find a new depth of self-love that I could never have perceived possible at one time.
When we clear the blocks to our true essence, our soul has space to express and our purpose reveals itself. We love ourselves enough to fully step into our power
