Do you get in your own way?

A course in miracles 

When we believe that our happiness is attached to an outcome, we must control the outcome.

Believing that we are a separate self, in control of life, is perpetual suffering.

The belief that 'I am the personal doer' and in control of outcomes, keeps us stuck on the hamster wheel. 

Anything that gets in the way of us and the outcome will trigger our emotional guidance system with feelings of irritation, jealousy, frustration or anger.

With the following, we cultivate the flow statethird eye activation and the understanding that life is always supporting us if we don't get in its way. 

  • meditation

  • contemplation

  • mantra

  • kriya pranayama

  • ecstatic breathwork.

This is rewiring our circuitry and a process of purification. Our unhealthy patterns fall away and anything in alignment with our true nature remains
