Freedom from protective personality

“Nothing can harm you as much as your own thoughts unguarded”
Buddha

Fear and trust cannot coexist. The presence of one is the absence of the other.

Sadness is our response to losing our identity and our attachment to identity is our human feeling of unworthiness.

Anger is a response to anything that threatens our identity.

When we feel any of the above it’s our emotional guidance system letting us know we are off track. It's so clever, just like the intelligence of the body, it’s guiding us back to our true essence.

Our soul knows we are whole, we need nothing outside of ourselves to complete us

Understanding that we are whole and complete on an intellectual level is one thing, embodying this is entirely another. Wherever you currently reside on your own personal growth journey, the Mindful Being wants to support you or point you in the right direction to an expert that can.

We are constantly evolving, these days at an exponential rate. Have you noticed how this is getting faster?

Remember that doesn't mean feeling good always, it’s being aware of everything and moving through discomfort with more ease and then getting used to moving through it, to the point that you welcome any experience as an opportunity to grow.

Spiritual work is a marathon, not a sprint

Purifying the energy body, mastering the skills to illuminate and transcend the ego, visiting the inner child, deep self-honouring and calling in the future self are the most transformational tools that I have hand-picked from the years of self-enquiry. Because these journeys have have afforded me the greatest growth, these are the tools I teach

My Vedic astrology chart has ‘Teacher’ all over it - so there was no doubt, that if I listened to my calling, that's what I would be doing. Ironically I knew that at age 7. Our pre-conditioned younger selves always know!

Reach out if you have any questions relating to the coachingcourses and events I hold space for. I love providing further insights and some context that is hard to convey in a newsletter.
