Letting Go Gracefully

‘We have been to the moon, we have charted the depths of the ocean and the heart of the atom, but we have a fear of looking inward to ourselves because we sense that is where all the contradictions flow together’
Terence McKenna

Inner alchemy are the best words I can access to describe the current phase of my personal journey. It's healing that is  touching the tender spots.
There are no words for the deeper healing that requires a surrendering and letting go of the ways of being that keep us feeling safe. In the safety there is stuckness. Do you feel that inner resistance? The life that feels safe versus the life that's the fullest expression of your  potential? The battle of the ego and the higher self have required me to uplevel my daily practice so that I can dial up the heart connection and dial down the egoic mind chatter. When we are close to a breakthrough the ego gets louder in an attempt to stay in control - it's just trying to keeps us safe but it keeps us stuck. This is the time to listen to the wisdom of the heart. I'd like to say that tuning into the heart comes naturally to us all but it's a practice and it needs training.
If you are on the brink of change or you're feeling into possibilities that are just beyond your current ways of being
embrace your true essence and embody your true essence are recommencing in Autumn.
