Healing is a series of initiations
The true alchemy of healing is being with the deepest tender layers that get touched by life.
When a life catalysts happens, rather than turning away from the discomfort (which is easy when there's so many distractions), we turn towards pain and feel it fully. This requires a strong inner masculine and feminine energy... here's why...
Whenever we embrace a new chapter in our lives, like birthing a new offering/creative project or coming into an intimate relationship with another – layers of wounding get illuminated. We have a choice to turn away, disassociate, shut down or we can hold space for those tender layers and allow our own inner shakti – life force energy to move, unbinding us from old patterns and ways of being that are holding us back from fully embracing our truth, our deeper longings and our capacity to hold the space for others.
Space holding for ourselves and others requires an embracing of the full spectrum of Contraction and Expansion
Expansion – Light energy, heart opening, deep realisation, light pouring in, belly softening
Contraction – squeezed, we go inwards and downward, contraction in belly, heart, no seeing or wisdom, in the blackness, the heartbreak or the grief, the emptiness and lost, This can also be black murky thick- this can be past life or ancestral. A contraction that gets stuck can look like protection too.
This is why our inner masculine presence is so powerful.
The feminine digests – the alchemical process of moving the energy.
The masculine holds a presence to allow this. Without the presence (the light of awareness), there can be a holding on and an identification with the wound and the patterning - we can get stuck there.
If we don’t allow this full spectrum holding we get stuck – the pattern loops, there’s attachment and identification with stories.
When it's brought into conscious places it doesn’t need to play out in shadow, where it moves in manipulative ways
If we can allow the natural process of expansion and contraction – just like the natural birthing process and bring love to the deepest part of us we access more of ourselves – our true essence emerges.
If we don’t allow this we don’t deepen.
Healing is a dissolving of parts that aren't our true essence. Each part that we allow to dissolve is an initiation into our truth which magnifies the life that aligns with our hearts desire not the life we were programmed to believe was successful.
