Is your nervous system aligned with your growth?

When we are relaxed we are able to sustain the attention to listen deeply. In this stillness we hear the whispers of our soul. This space becomes a sacred teacher - guiding us, not with words, but with our innate remembrance of our true essence  

Embodiment is the awareness of our bodies from within. For those of us on the journey of remembrance - awakening the truth of who we are and why we are here, embodiment is how we make this deep inner transformation stick.

If we haven't trained our nervous system for deep relaxation, sustained attention and deep presence we are going to have a hard time embodying the wisdom that's unfolding on our self growth journey. 

If survival physiology is still our default setting, we need to keep returning to practices that rewire our nervous system and energetic circuity. By collapsing our default adaptation for survival we cultivate the bandwidth for thriving. When we live with a nervous system that is flexible - it can respond to a crisis and return to balance swiftly. This plasticity requires practice. 

Beyond this our nervous system and our energy body need to feel safe with who we are becoming. This is through embodiment practices that support sustainable change. If the body can't hold the level of consciousness we are cultivating we are holding the masculine polarity without the feminine vessel that truly embodies the wisdom. 

Keep revisiting those early meditations and embodiment practices. It's not going backwards - its preparing your vessels bandwidth to anchor in the high frequencies resulting from your inner work. Preparing to hold the frequencies of joy, peace, bliss that's enduring not fleeting.
