Meditation is the gift that keeps on giving

'If you want to know how enlightened you are go home and spend a week with your extended family'.

ā€” Ram Dass

We are all work in progress!

Maybe this year you found relational interactions it little easier? Maybe you were less interested in the material things and more focused on the things that truly matter, like...

  • Living your days with extreme joy and purpose.

  • Sleeping every night like a baby and waking up stoked for your day.

  • Trusting that you can handle whatever challenges life throws at you with ease and grace.

The nectar of meditation

Meditation helps us to manifest peak states and trains our brain to stabilise these states to form shifts in our traits that have a profound impact on our lives and those around us.

Grasping, clinging and chasing comes from our historical sense of unworthiness or that something is missing. The skilled inner work of meditation releases us from the doing to attain those things that are external, to the knowing that all we need is already within us.

So this short regular practice has such profound and far reaching benefits. It makes us better parents, a better friend, better employee - the gift that keeps on giving.
