WOW, WOW, WOW!
I promised to share my experience of immersing myself in shamanic ritual, ceremony and healing for a week. If I could find the words to adequately articulate the depth of healing and deep inner change that has taken place within me - I would.
But there are simply no words.
I've cried like a baby, belly laughed like a child, danced like a crazy woman. I've released deep trauma from my body that I didn't even know was there. I've experienced mysticism and magic on a level that I never knew possible.
I've journeyed under the sacred waters to claim my soul's essence, merged my divine masculine and feminine and seen my future potential. All of this has taken place in the most heart-centred, sacred container with shamanic teachers and other practitioners who have shown me how a true heart warrior works.
I have witnessed human courage on a whole new level and I am proud to say I allowed my own heart to crack open and to fully surrender to this deeply immersive magic.
The change that I have experienced is the bit that's hardest to find the words for
It's intimate, it's in every cell of my body and it's a heart activation that is beyond human words.
What a blessing to fully accept that fear is really courage becoming known, and tears are joy finally coming home.
That’s as close as I can get to sharing.
