Your sacred wound is your gift
“Our society and upbringing trains us to become tense when faced with difficulties. But the inner work does not have to be a tense and difficult process. When you approach this work with softness, it will open up inside you like a flower”
Once we have one eye on the ego (the false self) and more awareness of our higher self (the true self), we begin to experience higher states of consciousness.
So why do we still get stuck in old patterns and repeated cycles that hold us back, rather than expanding into the fullest expression of our potential?
Our higher self includes the integration of our lower self. There are no shortcuts. We must get to the bottom of our own suffering.
If you take the time to read this, it’s a sure sign you are ready to make a quantum flip in your life.
Here is a single question to take with you into your contemplation
What would my life look like without my small self in the driving seat?
Maye you would:
Transcend the perfectionism that holds you back from creative expression
Overcome self-sabotage that keeps you paralysed
Set firm but loving boundaries that elevate your relationships
Manifest the job of your dreams, not the play safe version of making a living
Adopt lasting healthy behaviour patterns that nurture vitality and longevity
Access gifts that have been hidden because you subconsciously fear your own power
Move through blocks to abundance
Build new circuitry to overcome anxiety and fear
Move through grief with self-compassion and grace
Reduce complexity and experience simplicity and ease.
There is a sacred wound that keeps us in lack of consciousness, fear of not being in control or attached to outcomes
The path of self-realisation is lifting the veils to this wound, and allowing the energy trapped here to flow so that the wound heals and there are no longer blocks in our energy field that keep us stuck in old patterns.
Finding a container to do this inner work is critical. I have been blessed with the teachers and sacred spaces that have supported me to move through many wounds and step into the fullness of my true essence. There’s more to do and there always will be.
If you’re not sure what your sacred wound is, let life show you. Every interaction, experience, trigger, and decision is an opportunity to illuminate where your personal healing journey will take you.
