This 8 minute practice is designed to connect you with the core of your body, specifically the shushumna – the energy channel that’s runs through the centre of your body. This practice brings us out of the head and helps cultivate a sense of being in the body.

Breath is energy. So when we draw breath into and exhale it from the body we move energy into and out of our personal energy field.

Breathing whilst maintaining conscious connection with specific anchor points is an efficient way to activate our energy centres (chakras). Enjoy building the circuitry to allow your breath to move your energy straight through the energy centres without being diverted and losing its force.

This is a foundational practice for the energy codes coaching.
